How have I never reviewed this?? I only get it a couple times a year, but I love fat angelo's! I have almost always gotten a build-your-own stromboli, because they are probably the best I've ever had.
Never had a bad meal from Fat Angelos excellent thin crust pizza and for a pizza place the wings are a little pricey but very good
Ordered a deluxe pizza and it was absolutely delicious. I was told it would take 15 minutes for pick up and it was done right on time. I did not dine in this time but have before. Very nice establishment.
TLDR: It's a go, absolutely delicious, get dessert, skip on the breadsticks. Okay so myself and some friends had been in the area for a while, heard some about Fat Angelo's but had never tried it. We decided to finally order some. Their website (Waynesburg pizza.com) is really buggy so I don't necessarily recommend it but we survived. It glitches and forced us to order 2 sets of cinnamon rolls. We order the food for pick-up, 2 pizzas, 2 sets of cinnamon rolls. 1 order of pasta, 1 order of breadsticks. We were told 15-20 minutes. Drove over there at the time and checked in, they said 10 more minutes and it'd be ready. Checked in again, they needed 5 more minutes. Checked in again and it took another minute or so but the order came up- but keep in mind that it came out to like 35ish minutes total which is still really good timing for what was ordered, just the estimated timing was off by a good bit, not a huge deal. Brought it back and MAN. Pizza was delicious! Cinnamon rolls were delicious (kinda happy we were forced to buy 2 orders)! The only part that didn't reach expectations was the breadsticks. They were okay... maybe it's because the rest was so stand out good that the average breadsticks were seen so differently... I'm not sure. All I can say is they are a little pricy but worth it! Order dessert, give them an extra 15 minutes for your estimated time, and enjoy!
Very good pizza the sauce was spicy, which we like a lot. Staying at the Comfort Inn and had it delivered there. It was perfect.
